Intellectual Property

All software, content, designs, trademarks, and documentation associated with the Services are the exclusive property of Helios Federal Systems or its licensors.

You retain ownership of data you upload into the Services.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to the Services.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

Government Use

For U.S. Government users, the Services are provided as:

• Commercial computer software
• Commercial computer software documentation

Use, duplication, or disclosure is subject to FAR 12.212, DFARS 227.7202, and other applicable regulations.

Export Compliance

You agree not to export or transfer the Services in violation of:

• ITAR
• EAR
• OFAC regulations
• Any applicable U.S. export laws
